Speaker: Andrea M. Delligatti, Ph.D., Psychologist

We call the early stages of the aging process growth and development, but at what age does learning and development stop? Continuous change occurs across our lifespan and during that time we learn to do more than just survive. So how do we maximize this learning process to do more than just survive? In this presentation, we review the latest bio-psycho-social research to discover what we need beyond a healthy diet and exercise in order to thrive.
