Meet New Senior Human Resources Director, Flora Ferguson

Barclay Friends is excited to introduce our new Senior Human Resources Director, Flora Ferguson.

Flora has worked in the Human Resources field for about 15 years. She began her career as an HR Generalist at Penn Medicine in 2007. She SHRM-CP certified, has an undergrad degree in Health Services Management from Devry University, and a master’s degree in human resources management acquired from Temple University.

The new member of the Barclay Friends team enjoys the varied opportunities that working in HR affords. She says the profession is ever-changing to make things better – whether it’s new strategies to help fellow employees with their development, effective training plans, new HR technologies and tools. She also enjoys partnering with the leadership team to find ways of improving processes that help the company reach its goals and objectives. Flora loves helping employees realize their full potential. She is a proud advocate for diversity.
