Nov. 19, 2017—FAMILY MEMBERS of Barclay Friends residents are invited to come to the Good Will Fire Company both TODAY until 6 p.m. and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday, Nov. 20, to pick up clothing and other supplies needed for their loved ones. The Good Will Fire Company is located at 552 E. Union Street, West Chester, PA 19382.
The fire company’s Trucks2 volunteers are gathering a wide range of donations—including clothing, slippers, shoes, pillows, blankets, towels, toiletries, walkers and reading glasses—to help displaced residents recover from Thursday night’s tragic fire. Trucks2 volunteers are also working with the staff at Barclay Friends to ensure that all residents receive these much needed supplies.
Community members have turned out in droves and donations have far exceeded expectations. Family members are encouraged to stop by today and/or tomorrow to select items for their loved ones displaced by the fire.
