During the survey, both state and federal regulations were meticulously reviewed to ensure we meet the highest standards of care. The process included extensive interviews with residents and staff, thorough policy reviews, and detailed observations of our care practices and dining services.
Achieving a deficiency-free rating is no small feat. On average, only about 10% of skilled nursing facilities in the United States manage to attain this distinction. This milestone reflects the team’s hard work and dedication to excellence in every aspect of our services, two years in a row!
