Help Barclay Friends Begin to Renew
A team of experts has been working diligently to achieve our goal to reopen Barclay Friends’ Cotter skilled nursing community in early April so we may welcome home residents who wish to return. In addition, we plan to begin construction on a new personal care and memory support building later this year. There is a lot of work ahead of us, and we look forward to keeping the community informed of our efforts as we move forward.

The Caring Fund
Because of the support from generous donors, Barclay Friends has never asked a resident to leave because he or she has exhausted his or her financial means.
Horticultural Therapy Program
Focused on creating a sense of home for residents, helping them to live productive and meaningful lives, and providing a reason for each resident to feel good about themself.
Honor & Memorial Gifts
Can be a meaningful way to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or special holiday, or as a tribute in honor of a special person in your life.
Planned Gifts & How You Can Plan Now
Making a planned gift could include an estate gift, a charitable gift annuity, or a gift of stock.
Charitable giving cannot only honor or pay tribute to your loved one, it can also benefit the future of Barclay Friends. Each gift enriches our community, pays respect to the lives of those we serve, and furthers our mission in “Together, transforming the experience of aging.®”
