Mid-Winter can be one of the most stressful times of year. The holiday season has come and gone, the kids are back in school, the days are short and snowy weather makes even getting out of the house a chore. It’s this time of year when practicing mindfulness can be especially beneficial. Mike Gawrysiak, Ph.D. will teach you what mindfulness is and how to use mindfulness meditation practices as a form of stress management. Drinks and light snacks will be served.
