We are certainly living in unprecedented and stressful times. Managing this stress can be especially difficult when each day can bring new trials and tribulations. Practicing mindfulness helps to reduce this stress. Mike Gawrysiak, Ph.D., will provide an overview of mindfulness and mindfulness meditation practices for stress management.
