Long Term Nursing Care

• Professional nurses and physical, occupational, speech, horticultural and recreational therapists are on staff for long term care.

• Private or semi-private rooms are available.

• The semi-private rooms in Cotter have a unique design affording maximum privacy through a creative floor plan.

• Dining room staff provide waited service in a beautiful, dignified. and well-lit setting. Special dietary needs are met and professionally monitored. Smaller dining rooms are available near the nursing centers for those who need assistance with eating.                                    

• Each staff member cares for a limited number of residents on an ongoing basis, thus building a sense of trust, fondness, and familiarity.

• Family members are important in developing a plan of care in cooperation with Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, therapists, dietary staff, social service staff, and physicians.

• Hospice and Respite Care are also available.
